The website www.f4a.icu (hereinafter be referred to as “the website”) and F4A’s digital applications (hereinafter be referred to as “the app”) are edited and maintained by F4A S.à r.l-S, a luxembourgish simplified limited company registered under the RC Luxembourg Number B215168, headquartered in Luxembourg, 59 boulevard Royal, L-2449.
These general terms and conditions of use are governed by the Luxembourgish law, both in terms of basic rules and for the rules governing them.
